In appearance the wine is young, lively, deep in colour and intense, with deep morello reds flashed through with bright violet. Aged for 4 months in oak, which gives nice depth of flavour. Silky texture, thanks to ripe, well-integrated tannins. Rich black cherry fruit and vanilla notes.
