The estate has been created 6th generations ago by Pabiot family. Jonathan Didier took over the domain in 2005. He successfully persuaded his father Didier to convert the family vineyard to organic viticulture. The colour is light and pale. Typical aromas of citrus fruits are balanced with intense floral notes and a mineral, fine and bright aspect.
